Maria will delve into the semi-advanced topic of gut repair and supporting clients with challenging digestive conditions including heartburn, ulcers, leaky gut (intestinal permeability), food allergies, SIBO, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and clients transitioning off of PPIs. Integrative care suggestions for working alongside conventional practitioners will also be discussed. Herbs are not quick fixes, nor are they typically the only approach in a protocol, but they can be amazing allies for gut repair and overall support. We will discuss differentials, formulation, and dietary approaches as well.
